food was ready at 8am sharp. they did not have wide range of variety for us, like those served in big hotel. it was just a simple breakfast with toasted bread, sausages, eggs and baked beans.

however, simple yet delicious xD

well, back to our room after breakfast. to shit, to rest, to pack our stuffs, to get changed, to apply sunblock lotion, to prepare and get ready for our snorkeling trip.

after getting changed, i went over to Audrey's room to get my leg bandage with her one solid piece of waterproof plaster plus alot alot layer of white bandage. damn exaggerated when my wound was not HUGE!! however, when looked closely, it was quite a deep cut, 4.5cm long cut and 0.5cm wide open. looked not that big but kinda disgusting =/

and Audrey can actually helped me bandage as if my whole knee was injured?! the way she turned her white bandage round and round my knee, and tightened it with another few layer of Leukoplast. LOL i looked like having a swollen leg =X

out to the room to take some pictures since we still have time left to spend. i lent my wrap-wrap to Daphne for her to test wear. haha. suit her pretty well because she was tall =)

and it's about time to proceed to the main lobby place where we had our breakfast earlier on. all the equipments for snorkeling were nicely placed out on the table for us to choose. we grabbed a life jacket and snorkeling mask and started learning how to wear the mask and so.

and again, i have to put that mouth piece thingy into my mouth. ahhh!~ *how many people bite that thing before?*

and off we go to the jetty for our boat ride to Renggis Island for snorkeling. we made our way to the jetty and waited for our boat there.

3 salted fishes on the boat

after 40 minutes or so, we finally reached our first destination, Renggis Island. and initially i have second thoughts on going down the water. i'm super worried for my wounds. what if it won't heal? what if it got worsened? what if i got infection? all the negative thoughts were running through my mind.

but thinking that i came all the way to Tioman, and did not even went down to snorkel? it's a great waste and i'll be called STUPID. anyway, one of the lifeguard, Zi Ming, told me that seawater is pretty good in healing wound. and so, i dumped all the stupid thinking aside, and down i went to the sea.

prickly pain at first. but after awhile there's no more and i can enjoyed myself in the sea with my friends, fishes and corals. SO PRETTY!!~

no idea what that was actually? LOL

the water here was really very clear and blue. there's so many different types of fishes and pretty corals. it's so much different from Krabi! heh, and the weather was pretty good for us, sunny day!

pretty funny scene. Zi Ming picked up a sea cucmber from the sea and showed it to us. Ginnette hold it and Audrey took a photo for her. and just right after the photo was taken, Ginnette threw the sea cucumber to Audrey. and the expression on Audrey's face was so totally hilarious!!

and we had a great time playing with Audrey. as the mouth piece we were biting were actually for us to breathe through the tube while underwater. Ginnette actually covered the tube while Audrey was underwater. lol. so funny when she came out of the water breathless... as for me, i actually poured the seawater down her tube, making her unknowingly drank some salted-sea-water. LOL.

and more funny moment to come. you know, as we were all wearing the same coloured life jacket with the same snorkeling mask, we couldn't really recognised who is who unless the person removed her mask.

and so, Shalee and me saw someone underwater chasing fishes with the waterproof camera. Shalee thought that was Lisa, and she kept calling "Lisa! Lisa!" she called until so many time but there's no response. all of a sudden, Lisa poked her head out from the other direction. lol.

Shalee and me were like, "Lisa was over there. then who's this?" and then, Daphne came out of the water and replied, "Me lah!" LOL

anyway, the bandage on my leg came off in the water loh. with only the Leukoplaste securing it from dropping off. so the whole patch of white bandage was flapping in and out when i swam. so irritated!

time to go back to our boat at around 11.30am, after an hour spent in Renggis Island. good bye to Renggis Island, i'm going to miss snorkeling there ='(

Ginnette had a tiny cut on one of her toe. and i gave up using those white bandage, Zi Ming gave me a piece of plaster, and i asked Audrey to use the Leukoplaste to paste one round on my knee to secure the plaster in case it dropped off while in the water.

and i can assured that it's much much more better than having one whole patch of things covering my whole knee. LOL!~

and yah, we reached our second destination, Marine Park, at 11.55am. a short half an hour journey from Renggis Island.

everybody alighted the boat without bringing anything, besides the waterproof camera. and we have to walk barefooted, the ground was so rough and pointy, Daphne and me were like struggling in every steps we took, but the rest seems fine with it, especially Lisa. she even purposely rubbed her feet against the ground infront of us =S.

anyway, we went for toilet break first, and then proceeded to the Marine Park Centre. it was really cold inside with the air-con switched on like to the max, plus we were still wet from head to toe =X

haha. Lisa and Shalee waited outisde for us, while Audrey, Daphne, Ginnette and me managed to endure with the coldness and explored the whole place.

yah, and next we decided to go down the water, but the water was not as nice as Renggis Island one =/ we took some pictures there, and discussing whether to walk back to the jetty or swim our way back to the middle platform which was quite a distance away.

and, majority chose to swim there. and so, we started on our swimming journey in the sea. it was really hard to swim in the sea especially when wearing the life jacket (oh well, it was to prevent me from drowning, so we don't have a choice) and the wave was like pushing us back to shore. we have to use like double energy to swim in the sea compared to swimming in the swimming pool =S

we started swimming in all kinds of style, from frog style to free style. it was super deep while in the middle of the sea. luckily there's life jacket =D lol and all of us made it safely at the middle platform. climbed up there immediately YAY!

back at the boat at 1.20pm. and off to our third destination, Tekek, for lunch!!

just a short 10 minutes ride, we reached Tekek. off to have our lunch there, and also to have some shopping C:

anyway, after double confirming that there's no more sea activity, Lisa decided to change to her sundress, while the rest of us remained in our wet attire throughout.

and then, it's finally lunch. we were totally starving after spending one whole morning snorkeling under the sun.

after lunch, we walked to the Duty Free Shop here to make some shopping. no much things there, mostly their local products, chocolates, sweets, crackers, shirts, bags, etc.

i bought 3 t-shirts, 2 packets of keropok there and 2 sticks of chewing gums back at RM44.00.

and we finished our shopping in just less than 30 minutes time, and all of us were like carrying big bags, small bags.

and well, back to the boat. anyway, the whole entire snorkeling team was splited up here, those who wanted to go Asah Waterfall will be transferred to the speed boat, and those who did not want to go will remain at the boat back to their resort.

and so, the 6 of us plus 2 pair of couples decided to go ahead for the waterfall. we transferred all of stuffs to the speed boat, bid farewell to the rest, and off we go to Asah Waterfall.

Audrey, Daphne and me took the front seat, while Ginnette, Lisa and Shalee took the second seat. anyway, the speed boat was moving in full speed on the water, so fast till our butt kept hitting up and down against the seat. so afraid that we might flew out of the speed boat any moment.

and damn, it started to drizzle. big big droplet of rain water kept slapping our face especially in such full speed boat. oh no, i don't wanna get sick =/

and we reached our fourth destination, Asah Waterfall, at 3.30pm. the rain hasn't stopped a single bit yet. oh well, guess we have to walk under the rain, it's only drizzle, should be fine with it =D

we have to climb all the way up to the waterfall, so many slopes, so many staircases, so longgg...

reached!!!

finally reached the Waterfall after 10 minutes of walking. so tired! so cold! but with a great sense of achievement. WE MADE IT XD.

the diver, who was with us all along, immediately jumped down to the waterfall below. we were still deciding whether to go down as well or not? one of the couple came to us and tried to psyco us to go down as well. lol

and since we were already here, made so much effort to climb all the way up, it will be quite a waste to just see and not touch it, right? so, Audrey, Ginnette and me decided to go down the waterfall.

jumped to the water, and kept on swimming. this time round we have no life jacket with us, and so we have to keep kicking water to keep ourselves floating, and most importantly, i definitely do not want my feet to touch the ground, don't even know what's below =S

finally swim to the end, and we have to push ourselves up to the rock with no steps below. how to push myself up?! Audrey, who was swimming behind me, helped by pushing my leg up, but she ended up pressing hard on my wound =S and i was there screaming with pain LOL!~

yes, we made it to the waterfall, like finally. the boyfriend of the couple jumped down to the water, so that the 3 of us could squeezed in to the waterfall. anyway, the girlfriend was left behind, and so we took a pictures with her as well xD

and well, actually it already started to rain very heavily without us knowing, because of the waterfall behind, and the water coming down to us, we mistook the rain as the waterfall water.

and when we came to realise it was raining super heavy, we have no choice but to immediate jump down to the water, and swim back. and so one by one, we were like jumping down to the water.

swam with full energy, and climbed up the the rock from where we came from. and same thing, there's no steps below, no wall to kick against, we have to hug onto the the rock to push ourselves up. come to think of it, it was pretty disgusting =/

and when we came back up to the top, Daphne, Lisa and Shalee were totally drenched. we quickly grabbed our slippers, bags and stuffs, and off we ran to the nearest shelter, with towel on top of our head.

and we sat at the shelter for quite long, waiting for the rain to stop. since we have nothing to do at the shelter, we actually ended up making friends with the 2 pairs of couple. we self-introduced one another, the pair of couple who jumped down to the waterfall with us were actually 1 year older than us only. for the other pair, they decided to keep their age a secret.

after some times, there's actually a group of Singaporean taking their own sweet time walking down from the waterfall direction. they were actually at the even more higher spot of the waterfall than us, like wow.

after much chit-chatting, we decided to make our way down instead of waiting anymore. the rain doesn't seems like it's going to stop.

and yah, grabbed all our barang barang, hugging my bag, towel on head and off we ran again.. and here we were at the second shelter.

we did not stayed there for long., since we were already so wet, might as well ran all the way back to the jetty instead of wasting time down there at the shelter.

and again, poof we go. this time round i shared my towel with Daphne. anyway, the towel we were carrying was getting more and more heavier with the added rain water inside. lol.

we were getting nearer and nearer to the jetty, and one of the couple guy came running to us telling us to run faster, because there's no trees around us, lightning might strike any moment. we were like, "omg!~" and ran in full speed!! lol

back to the jetty and immediately squeezed the excess water out from our towel.

the uncle had difficulty stationed the boat in this kind of weather. the wind was strong, and the wave was moving vigorously. the uncle and diver had to combine force to help stationed the boat, the moment we were in the boat, we wore our life jacket immediately, locked our arms to each other, grabbed on any bar that was around us so that we won't fly out of the speed boat.

the journey back was even more rocky than we came, due to the horrible bad weather. Ginnette couldn't take the ride due to her sea-sickness, and she threw up the moment she was out of the boat.

thankfully, we were back to Kampong Genting safe and sound =) the team of us, including the 2 pairs of couple, really showed team spirit throughout the journey. we helped and cared for one another.

while making our way back to our resort, one of the guy actually came walking to us and helped all of us carry our bags of stuff, that we bought at the Duty Free Shop, back to our rooms xD it was really nice of him =)

back to our room and immediately took a hot bath to prevent from getting sick, get changed and then we went out for dinner.

yes, we made it to the waterfall, like finally. the boyfriend of the couple jumped down to the water, so that the 3 of us could squeezed in to the waterfall. anyway, the girlfriend was left behind, and so we took a pictures with her as well xD

and well, actually it already started to rain very heavily without us knowing, because of the waterfall behind, and the water coming down to us, we mistook the rain as the waterfall water.

and when we came to realise it was raining super heavy, we have no choice but to immediate jump down to the water, and swim back. and so one by one, we were like jumping down to the water.

swam with full energy, and climbed up the the rock from where we came from. and same thing, there's no steps below, no wall to kick against, we have to hug onto the the rock to push ourselves up. come to think of it, it was pretty disgusting =/

and when we came back up to the top, Daphne, Lisa and Shalee were totally drenched. we quickly grabbed our slippers, bags and stuffs, and off we ran to the nearest shelter, with towel on top of our head.

and we sat at the shelter for quite long, waiting for the rain to stop. since we have nothing to do at the shelter, we actually ended up making friends with the 2 pairs of couple. we self-introduced one another, the pair of couple who jumped down to the waterfall with us were actually 1 year older than us only. for the other pair, they decided to keep their age a secret.

after some times, there's actually a group of Singaporean taking their own sweet time walking down from the waterfall direction. they were actually at the even more higher spot of the waterfall than us, like wow.

after much chit-chatting, we decided to make our way down instead of waiting anymore. the rain doesn't seems like it's going to stop.

and yah, grabbed all our barang barang, hugging my bag, towel on head and off we ran again.. and here we were at the second shelter.

we did not stayed there for long., since we were already so wet, might as well ran all the way back to the jetty instead of wasting time down there at the shelter.

and again, poof we go. this time round i shared my towel with Daphne. anyway, the towel we were carrying was getting more and more heavier with the added rain water inside. lol.

we were getting nearer and nearer to the jetty, and one of the couple guy came running to us telling us to run faster, because there's no trees around us, lightning might strike any moment. we were like, "omg!~" and ran in full speed!! lol

back to the jetty and immediately squeezed the excess water out from our towel.

the uncle had difficulty stationed the boat in this kind of weather. the wind was strong, and the wave was moving vigorously. the uncle and diver had to combine force to help stationed the boat, the moment we were in the boat, we wore our life jacket immediately, locked our arms to each other, grabbed on any bar that was around us so that we won't fly out of the speed boat.

the journey back was even more rocky than we came, due to the horrible bad weather. Ginnette couldn't take the ride due to her sea-sickness, and she threw up the moment she was out of the boat.

thankfully, we were back to Kampong Genting safe and sound =) the team of us, including the 2 pairs of couple, really showed team spirit throughout the journey. we helped and cared for one another.

while making our way back to our resort, one of the guy actually came walking to us and helped all of us carry our bags of stuff, that we bought at the Duty Free Shop, back to our rooms xD it was really nice of him =)

back to our room and immediately took a hot bath to prevent from getting sick, get changed and then we went out for dinner.
